Bi Axial Moving Type

Overview

Naroto offer bi axial three/ four arm an ideal machine for high volume production, even complicated sizes with similar working cycles. Moulders will appreciate its wide swing diameter  from  60  to 240 inches. Sturdy steel structure with high efficiency out put and less maintenance are its principal features.

Application

Naroto three arm machine is mainly used in application where the process time for each arm require equal like one heating chamber one cooling chamber and one load/unload area. Also available in different application like Four station where one heating,one precooling, one cooling and one loding/unloding area. Four station where one pre heating,one heating, one coolling, and one loading/unloading area. Four station where one heating chamber, one cooling chamber, two load/unload area.

Features

Bi Axial Moving Type is fully equipped with significant features as follows

  • Special design heating chamber for energy efficient heat transfer to the moulds for fast and short cycle time
  • Insulation material for better working environment.
  • Straight arm with two spacious spiders (optional) to accommodate different size moulds for convenient working.
  • Straight arm with four mould individual carreir for uniform thickness.
  • Provision for second/third charging manhole on the top of oven for charging polymer without opening the oven doors.
  • Oven controls are equipped with necessary interlocking and safety devices with alarm
  • Micro processor based machine control panel  with digital display (plc on request)
  • Enclosed cooling chamber with high performance industrial cooling fan.
  • Variable speed a/c drive for major and minor speed.
  • Mould positioning and balancing facility inbuilt
  • Range available from 60 to 237 inches (1.5 to 6 mtr.) With multi arm as per custom requirement.
  • Environment friendly burner suitable for lpg/cng/oil/duel fuels.

Extruder

Overview

Microprocessor based machine control panel with digital display.

Application

Suitable for lldpe , hdpe mdpe, virgin as well as reprocess & compounding purpose. available in range 40 kgs/hr. To 300 kgs/hr. Capacity.

Features

  • Barrel & screw :
  • The screw and barrel are designed for different l/d and compression ratio considering density / m.f.i. and melting temperature of the polymer to be processed.

    Groove feed barrel and state of the art technology in screw design for various applications. Precision made special alloy steel screw and barrel with wear – resistance, heat treated finishes in modern furnace.

    Sturdy helical gear box for trouble free round the clock working.
  • Heater:
  • Equipped with specially developed heaters for energy efficient heating system and accurate control of temperature by micro processor based digital control system.
  • Safety devices:
  • Cold start preventive control device to prevent gear box , motor and screw safety.
    The extruder will start only after attaining the preset temperature to avoid damage to the screw and gear box,motor. Synchronised control for pelletiser motor and extruder motor for uniform strand size avoid over feed or under feed to the pelletiser.
  • Cooling tray & palletiser:
  • Made from s.s. material cooling tray with stand. Palletiser with speed variable drive (on request) / dc motor suitable for different application. Optionally die face cutter will be provided on request (under development).
  • Air knife
  • for moisture free strands and efficient cooling off the strands and pellets .
  • Metal detector:
  • High efficeincy hopper magnet provide with the m/c. To detect the metalic inclusion parts from the polymer. Optionally, metal detector sensor will be provided on request.
  • Feeding:
  • Feeding hopper showing low level indicator. Auto tripping system availabae in case of overload feeding.
  • Hopper loader:
  • Pneumatic hopper loader will provide on request.

Pulveriser

Overview

Naroto is pleased to introduce itself as a leading manufacturing unit engaged in the business of npu/ k-10 model pulveriser. The range of pulveriser is available from 30 kgs/hr to 500 kgs/hr. For different application, where ever a powder product is required.

Application

Typical applications of npu/k-10 pulverisers are the grinding varietes of these granulated material including high and low density plastics like:
Ldpe (16 ma 400 ipcl grade for textile and wire coating),
Lldpe, hdpe (26500 reliance grade for master batch)
Lldpe (36ra 0345 ipcl grade)
Rpvc, pc, abs, eva,ps, etc.

Features

  • Disc & mill body:
  • The disc is made from graded material tested quality and dynamically balanced for smooth running. Inspection windows (2 nos.) Are provided on both side of mill body for visually checking the disk gap and assist the gap setting. Several options are available to simplify the cleaning process. Long service life of the discs between resharpenings.
  • Cooling:
  • For mill body, bearing housing and mill door for better result.
  • Bearing housing:
  • Bearing housing water cooled.
  • Metal detector:
  • High efficeincy hopper magnet provide with the m/c. To detect the metalic inclusion parts from the polymer. Optionally, metal detector sensor will be provided on request.
  • Feeding:
  • Feeding hopper showing low level indicator. Auto tripping system availabae in case of overload feeding. Main motor ampere and feeding device synchronised to avoid tripping of motor due to over feed
  • Cyclone:
  • Our cyclonic system is well designed for easy cleaning. With bag filter (on request)arrange ment.
  • Hopper loader:
